Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st March 2016
1. Cancellation by Client
- 15+ days before the event: Partial refund (after deduction of administrative and booking costs)
- 7–14 days before event: 50% cancellation charges
- Less than 7 days: No refund

2. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participation
- Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, clients may choose:
- Rescheduling the event
- Credit note for future use

3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute dropouts.

5. Force Majeure
No refunds or liability for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
